I have had to hard reset by unplugging the power cable since it wouldn’t even power off.Īny chance your router does a “check here to have your router select 2Ghz/5Ghz for you” setting? Basically the setting where it beams the same wifi name and pw for both and your device has to pick which one ? Don’t use that if so, create a seperate 2g network with completely different username and Pw and consider hiding it as well, then make sure everything is all on the 5Ghz. I have had tons of issues with the Samsung tv imbedded app as well, mostly crashing and losing the server.
